By using tvdar you agree to these terms.

The service

tvdar connects phone calls to an AI assistant that can control a computer you own and have paired with your account. It's provided as-is, without warranties, and may change or be unavailable at any time.

Your responsibilities

• Only connect computers you own or are authorized to control.
• Keep your account, allowed caller list and any PINs secure — anyone who can call in as an allowed caller can direct the assistant on your computer.
• Review what the assistant can do. AI assistants make mistakes; you're responsible for actions taken on your computer and for your use of third-party services (Twilio, Deepgram, Anthropic) under their own terms.
• Don't use the service for anything unlawful, abusive, or to access systems without permission.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages, data loss, or actions taken by the assistant on your computer.

Ending

You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend accounts that misuse it.
