Privacy policy
tvdar lets you call a phone number and have an AI assistant act on your own computer. This page explains what data the service handles.
Account information
When you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address, profile picture and a Google account identifier. We use them only to create your account, sign you in, and show who changed a setting. We don't receive your Google password and we don't access any other Google data.
Settings
Settings you save (allowed caller numbers, greeting, voice, API keys you provide) are stored on our server and used only to run your calls. API keys are never shown back in the interface.
Calls
Calls are carried by Twilio. Call audio is converted to text and replies to speech by Deepgram. What you say is passed to the AI assistant running on your own computer, which may send it to its AI provider (Anthropic) to decide what to do. If audio sharing is on, your computer's sound is sent into the call. We don't record calls or keep transcripts on our server beyond short-lived operational logs (caller number, timestamps, errors).
Live view
When you open your dashboard, your Mac sends its task steps, the call transcript, a small screenshot of each step and (only while you press Listen) its audio through our server to your browser. These pass through in real time. Screenshots are never stored on our server — only your open browser tab keeps the latest one, until you close it — and your Mac deletes its screenshots when each task ends. Recent task steps are kept in memory only (so a page opened mid-call can catch up) and are never written to disk.
Sharing
We don't sell your data or use it for advertising. Data is shared only with the providers above, as needed to run the service, and when required by law.
Retention and deletion
Your account and settings are kept until you ask us to delete them. Operational logs are rotated automatically.
